Ingredient
10 small drumstick Chicken
400 ml Seasoning Soysause
500 ml + 250 ml + 250 ml Water
2 tsp Japanese Rice Wine
Salt
Garlic
Ginger
Cooking pot, Lid, Knife, Tea spoon, Weight cup
1, Put Chicken into the Cooking pot and make flat.
2, Add 500 ml water and Japanese rice wine and seasoning soysause and solt in to the cooking pot.
3, Put the lid on and simmer on law heat for 3 hours.
4, Slice the garlic very thinly and slice the ginger 2.
5, 1 hour later , add the ginger and garlic and add 250 ml water for every 45 min.
